How Is This Leadership Workshop Different?
It's About Value
We are launching this new approach to leadership development that is different from any other experience you have had. We know that "one-and-done" training doesn't work without additional support, application, and accountability. Our approach brings in the full spectrum of intensive learning, experiential application, and accountability to apply what you learn as you learn it.
This is a 3-session course - 1 is in person, 2 are virtual. We plan to kick it off together on Nov. 8th together and we will meet virtually on the 15th and the 22nd. (If you cannot make the 15th or 22nd, we will record those sessions for you to catch up.)
Here's how the program works:
SESSION 1: Live Session - Nov. 8 (8:30 - 11:30) - Mirabeau Park Hotel / Conference Center
We start off with an overview of leadership, your style, and what it takes to be successful. The foundation will be laid to build pillars of success to align your people, practices, and leadership to achieve business success.
SESSION 2: Virtual Live Session: Nov. 15 (8:30-10:00) - Zoom
Participants will have reading and application assignments during the week. We follow up on their progress and results, and introduce new principles of culture, communication, motivation, and more.
SESSION 3: Virtual Live Session: Nov. 22 (8:30-10:00) - Zoom
We follow up on progress and results from application and assignments from previous weeks, and introduction to performance, conflict, change management, and bringing it all together to achieve results as an organization and as an individual leader.
Using spaced learning, integrating assignments and application between sessions, and building in virtual coaching, participants will gain a far greater impact and outcome than a simple one-day workshop can offer.

Online Group Workshop
Follow-up session to discuss the prior week’s implementation of concepts, work done throughout the week, and new topics. Introduction to culture, leadership theory, and motivational approaches.

(VIRTUAL SESSION – ZOOM) 8:30 – 10:00 A.M.
Online Group Workshop
Follow-up session to discuss prior week’s implementation of concepts, work done throughout the week, and new topics. Introduction of performance management, feedback, and rewards.
Between sessions, you will also be given access to an online portal with:
• Supporting videos with additional discussions on related topics to engage conversation and thinking.
• Articles to explore and support further consideration of management and leadership topics relevant to the week’s discussion.
