Wade has worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals over the past 25 years as a consultant and HR Executive to develop programs that help them do more, achieve more and be more. As an international speaker and published author, Wade encourages leaders to improve their effectiveness in leadership and business. As a career coach, he helps hundreds of job seekers transform their lives and find their passion.
Dr. Wade serves as your primary consultant, instructor, and business coach. He holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Management from Willamette University, and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University.

Pat comes with 20+ years of executive operational experience. As former COO in the real estate and technology industries, she delivers practical solutions that drive real strategies for leaders, managers, and employees at all levels. Her background as an attorney, strategist, and change agent are keys to her success in guiding business leaders through the tumultuous landscape of today's volatile business environment.
Lauri supports back end functions related to administrative details and office coordination. Her background in project logistics provides the detailed support needed to ensure that projects stay on track and are given the detailed attention they need. Lauri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University (Idaho).
Editor/Social Media Specialist
Barbara comes to the team as an experienced editor, office administrator, and support staff. Chances are good you'll communicate with Barbara at some point if you work with OTD and you'll have an amazing experience. Barbara comes to us with an Associates Degree from BYU-Idaho and a background in writing.
Renee comes to OTD with years of HR experience, working with non-profits to provide expert HR services and advice. She develops training materials, resources, and projects to help clients achieve their best and receive the expertise they need to succeed.
