Dr. Wade is on a personal mission to help individuals and companies overcome mediocrity and achieve their best. Wade has worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals over the past 25 years as a consultant and HR Executive to develop programs that help them do more, achieve more and be more. As an international speaker and published author, Wade encourages leaders to improve their effectiveness in leadership and business. As a career coach, he helps hundreds of job seekers transform their lives and find their passion.

Dr. Wade serves as your primary consultant, instructor, and business coach. He holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Management from Willamette University, and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University.

Barbara comes to us with an Associates Degree from BYU-Idaho and a background in writing.
